Microsoft 365 Enterprise include Office 365 ProPlus which does include Power Pivot.
In the Manage box, select COM Add-ins from the dropdown list. Click the Go button. The COM Add-Ins dialog box appears. Check Power Pivot and click OK.

Power Pivot is not currently available on the Mac version of Excel. Power BI Desktop is also not available for the Mac OS. The VB Editor is much more robust in the Windows version. The Mac version does not support the editing of userforms and has some other limitations.
